General Conditions - Nuki Maintenance Service

CLAUSE 1 – OBJECT

This contract has as its object the provision of maintenance agreements:

  • Guaranteed free on-site assistance in less than 6 hours working hours (working days from 9:00-18:00) up to 4 times a year. In after-hours, an additional 50€+VAT per visit applies;
  • Monitoring of battery levels and replacement/substitution whenever necessary.
  • Immediate part replacement in case of malfunction (we will later check if the problem is covered by warranty or misuse. The apartment will be functional immediately (in case of misuse, there will be a subsequent charge for the unit provided).

CLAUSE 2 – TERM

The start date will be from the payment date or, if not yet installed, from the installation date.

The contract term is annual, and it can be started at any time of the year.

CLAUSE 3 – REMUNERATION

For the provision of the services mentioned above, the CONTRACTOR will pay the CONTRACTED the amount of 50€ + VAT (monthly) or 450€ + VAT (annually) *

* Estimated price for the Lisbon region.

CLAUSE 4 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Obligations of the CONTRACTED:
a) Execute the services with care, diligence, and within the stipulated deadlines.
b) Maintain confidentiality regarding all information and documents provided by the CONTRACTOR.

Obligations of the CONTRACTOR:
a) Provide all necessary information and documents for the execution of the services.
b) Pay punctually the agreed amount for the provision of the services.
c) Requests for assistance that require mandatory timely response must always be made through two of the three available channels (email, whatsapp, phone).

CLAUSE 5 – TERMINATION

This contract is signed and renewed based on payment.

And is revoked in the absence of payment.
