What Does the Nuki Maintenance Service Include?

Free on-site assistance guaranteed in less than 6 working hours in case of problems during working hours (weekdays from 9:00-18:00) up to 4 times a year, after hours (always adds €50+VAT per visit);

Immediate replacement of parts in case of failure (we will later check if it is covered by warranty or misuse. The apartment will be functional immediately.
