What does the Nuki Maintenance Service include?
Over time, continuous use can lead to natural wear and tear or small problems that, if not resolved, could compromise the system's functionality. That's where we come in! With our certified technical team, we ensure that your Nuki system is always up to date.

Guaranteed free on-site assistance in less than 6 working hours in case of problems during working hours (working days from 9:00- 18:00) up to 4 times per year, after-hours (always adds 50€+VAT per visit);
✅ Replacement
Immediate part replacement in case of failure (we will subsequently verify if it is covered by warranty or misuse. The apartment becomes functional immediately.

Monitoring of battery levels and exchange/replacement whenever necessary before they run out;
