This error is essentially due to a system bug and for that you need to format it. For Resolve follows the following steps:
1. Make sure your device has the latest firmware or makes an OTA update through this link: http://deviceip/ota?url=http://archive.shelly-tools.de/version/v1.12/SHPLG-S.zip (Copy and glue in your browser and exchange "deviceip" to your device's IP).
2. Performs the following command: http://deviceip/longifyid (This will make a factory reset).
3. Returns the device again on the Shelly application as normally.
