You can also program the switch to adapt to your daily and weekly routine, turning off and on automatically after scheduling in one of the applications mentioned above. These switches have two installation modes - with neutral wire and no neutral required (with capacitor, which is included, for your comfort) - so that you can always use the Smartify smart switch, regardless of your home's electrical installation. It connects directly to your WiFi network without the need for extra devices and its installation is very simple (learn how here). You can also pair it with another switch to control the same light (discover here how to do two-way switch (US: 3-way)). This Smartify 1-button smart switch allows you to turn off the status light, great for resting spaces like the bedroom.
In summary, these switches have two installation modes:
1. With neutral wire (connect the neutral cable and do not use the capacitor)
2. no neutral required (do not connect the neutral cable and use the capacitor*)
