1. Is the Nuki smart lock compatible with my door?
To install a Nuki smart lock you need to have a lock with a European cylinder. We also recommend the use of an anti-panic cylinder. 
2. With Nuki 3.0 Pro can I know if the door is open or closed?
No, to know the current state of your door, you need a Nuki door/window sensor.
3. To remotely control my KeyPad Nuki , do I need Bridge?
It depends on the type of smart lock you have.
If you have a Nuki 3.0. , to control remotely via the internet , you need to purchase Bridge. If you don't have Bridge , you can still control it via Bluetooth .
If you have a Nuki 3.0 Pro , to control it remotely over the internet, you don't need Bridge.
4. To remotely control my Nuki 3.0 over the internet, do I need a Bridge?
Yes, for remote control you need Nuki Bridge . If you don't have the Nuki Bridge, you can only control the Nuki 3.0 smart lock via Bluetooth.
5. To remotely control my Open/Close Sensor , do I need a Bridge?
It depends on the type of smart lock you have.
If you have a Nuki 3.0, to control it remotely via internet , you need to purchase Bridge. If you don't have Bridge , you can still control it through the Bluetooth.
If you have a Nuki 3.0 Pro , to control it remotely via the Internet, no need for Bridge.
6. What is Nuki Opener used for?
With Nuki Opener you can comfortably open the door of your building with your smartphone! The electrical opening system allows you to control the intercom with your smartphone and open your door.
7. What is the difference between Nuki 3.0 and Nuki 3.0 Pro ?
Nuki 3.0 Pro is a remote control system with a Built-in Wi-Fi model and a high power Power Pack where you have the opportunity to buy it in two models, white or black color . Already the Nuki 3.0. It is available in white only, requires 4 AAA batteries and works via Bluetooth only.
Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 is compatible with Nuki Bridge . This gives you the possibility to control the lock remotely (by Wi-Fi).
Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 is compatible with Nuki Power Pack which is a Nuki rechargeable battery for your smart lock, where you can control the battery through the app.

9. Is the Nuki smart lock compatible with Domotic KNX ?
No, unfortunately Nuki is not directly compatible with KNX Domotica.
