1. Is the Nuki smart lock compatible with my door?
To install a Nuki smart lock you need to have a lock with a European cylinder. We also recommend the use of an emergency cylinder.

2. With the Nuki 3.0 Pro can I know if the door is open or closed? 
No, to know the current status of your door, you need a Nuki door/window sensor. 

3. To remotely control my KeyPad Nuki, do I need a Bridge?
It depends on the type of smart lock you have.
If you have a Nuki 3.0., to control remotely via internet, you need to purchase the Bridge. If you don't have the Bridge, you can still control it via Bluetooth.
If you have a Nuki 3.0 Pro, to control remotely via internet, you don't need the Bridge.

4. To control my Nuki 3.0 via internet remotely, do I need a Bridge?

Yes, to control remotely you need the Nuki Bridge. If you don't have the Nuki Bridge, you can only control the Nuki 3.0 smart lock via Bluetooth. 

5. To remotely control my door/window sensor, do I need a Bridge?
It depends on the type of smart lock you have.

If you have a Nuki 3.0, to control remotely via the internet, you need to purchase the Bridge. If you don't have the Bridge, you can still control it via Bluetooth.

If you have a Nuki 3.0 Pro, to control remotely via the internet, you don't need the Bridge.

6. What is the purpose of the Nuki Opener?

With the Nuki Opener you can comfortably open your building door with your smartphone! The electric opening system allows you to control the intercom with your smartphone and opens your door.

7. What is the difference between the Nuki 3.0 and Nuki 3.0 Pro?

The Nuki 3.0 Pro is a remote control system with a Built-in WiFi model and a high-power Power Pack, where you have the opportunity to buy it in two models, white color or black. As for the Nuki 3.0, it is available only in white color, requires 4 AAA batteries and works only via Bluetooth.

The Nuki 3.0 smart lock is compatible with the Nuki Bridge. This gives you the possibility to control the lock remotely (via WiFi).

The Nuki 3.0 smart lock is compatible with the Nuki Power Pack which is a rechargeable battery from Nuki for your smart lock, where you can monitor the battery through the application.

8. Does the Nuki 3.0 Pro already have the Nuki Power Pack included? 

Yes.

9. Is the Nuki smart lock compatible with KNX home automation?

No, unfortunately Nuki is not directly compatible with KNX home automation.
