The switching of the smart switches to be used in your smart home is done virtually by following these steps:
1. First of all, you must find out which of the switches makes the connection to the light point.
2. At the location of that switch, the Smartify switch should be installed according to the instructions, disregarding the existing two-way switch (US: 3-way) cables.

Installation with capacitor:
In the second switch and the remaining ones if applicable, a neutral cable must be pulled to the switch box.
Connect one end of the capacitor to the neutral, and the other to one of the switched live (load wire) wires.
Connect the live wire normally.
Installation with neutral (recommended):
In the second switch and the remaining ones if applicable, connect only the live wire and the neutral.
4. Next, pair both smart switches in the SmartLife or Tuya application.
5. Choose one of the switches for the two-way switch (US: 3-way) from the device list.
6. Go to the edit menu (pen symbol in the top right corner)
7. Choose the option: multi-control association.
8. Choose the devices between which we want the two-way switch (US: 3-way) to be made and click on the activate symbol.
9. Save.
10. The two-way switch (US: 3-way) is done. Note that the two-way switch (US: 3-way) will fail if you do not have internet. Only the main switch will remain functional in those cases.

Boas, tenho um interruptor inteligente duplo e um simples.
O quadro eléctrico disparou e quando o voltei a ligar, os interruptores simplesmente deixaram de ter a luz acesa para configurar.
O que pode ser?

Bom dia,
Tenho 3 interruptores que ligam/desligam as luzes de uma varanda.
Fiz as ligações como mencionaram e funciona ok nos dois primeiros interruptores, mas o terceiro interruptor desliga quando os dois primeiros estão desligados.
Alguma ideia do que poderá estar errado?
Sugiro que seria útil ter um esquema desenhado de como fazer as ligações.
