The switching of smart switches to be used in your smart home is done virtually by following these steps:
1. First of all, you need to find out which switch connects to the light point.
2. At the location of that switch, the switch Smartify should be installed according to the instructions, disregarding the existing switching wires.
3.
Installation with capacitor:
At the second switch and others if applicable, a neutral wire must be pulled to the switch box.
Connect one end of the capacitor to the neutral, and the other to one of the returns.
Connect the phase normally.
Installation with neutral (recommended):
At the second switch and others if applicable, connect only the phase and the neutral.
4. Next, pair both smart switches in the SmartLife or Tuya app.
5. Choose one of the switches for switching from the device list.
6. Go to the edit menu (pen symbol in the upper right corner)
7. Select the option: multiple control association.
8. Choose the devices between which you want the switching to occur and click on the activate symbol.
9. Save.
10. The staircase switching is done. Note that the staircase switching will fail if you do not have internet. Only the main switch will function in those cases.

Boas, tenho um interruptor inteligente duplo e um simples.
O quadro eléctrico disparou e quando o voltei a ligar, os interruptores simplesmente deixaram de ter a luz acesa para configurar.
O que pode ser?

Bom dia,
Tenho 3 interruptores que ligam/desligam as luzes de uma varanda.
Fiz as ligações como mencionaram e funciona ok nos dois primeiros interruptores, mas o terceiro interruptor desliga quando os dois primeiros estão desligados.
Alguma ideia do que poderá estar errado?
Sugiro que seria útil ter um esquema desenhado de como fazer as ligações.
