Do you have two or more switches for the same light and want to replace them with smart switches? It's very simple, you can do it in just 7 steps!
Before you start, you need to find out which of the switches connects to the light point.
1. At the location of this switch, install theswitch Smartify according to theinstructions, disregarding the switch wiring present. If the installation is done with a capacitor or with a neutral, the approaches are different:
- With capacitor: At the second switch and others if applicable, a neutral wire must be pulled to the switch box. Then connect one end of the capacitor to the neutral, and the other to one of the returns. Finally, you can connect the phase normally.
- With neutral (recommended): At the second switch and others if applicable, connect only the phase and the neutral.
2. Next, pair both smart switches in the SmartLife or Tuya app.
3. Choose one of the switches for switching from the device list.
4. Go to the "edit" menu in the top right corner.
5. Choose the option "multiple control association".
6. Choose the devices between which we want the switching to occur and click on the activation symbol.
7. Finally, you can save your settings.
