Shipping policy
The orders available for immediate delivery are all shipped on the next business day. They are only processed for shipping after the payment has been confirmed.
If you have chosen a manual payment method such as bank transfer or deposit, even after sending the respective proof, the order will only proceed after the confirmation of receipt of the order amount.
For orders outside the European Union, we consider the order delivered once it arrives in the destination country. We are only responsible for the order until it reaches the destination country, and the buyer is responsible for customs duties if applicable.
Note: Shipments are always sent when all items are available; you should consider the expected delivery date of the item with the longest date. Except for Express Shipping in Continental Portugal, where we immediately send what is available at the moment and then send the rest when it arrives.
CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL AND PENINSULAR SPAIN
Items that are "Available for Immediate Delivery" are shipped at the latest by the end of the next business day, unless there are unforeseen shortages.
Items that are "Available on Order" are shipped after we receive them; when you add the product to the cart, you can see the expected arrival date, accounting for our processing and shipping time.
Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days for delivery to the destination after processing and costs €2.99 in Continental Portugal and €4.99 in Peninsular Spain, and is free for orders over €64.99.
Shipments through InPost lockers take 1-5 business days to be available at the pickup point.
Express shipping takes about 1-2 business days for Continental Portugal and 1-3 business days for Peninsular Spain and has priority in processing.
The price for shipments to the Maritime Islands (Azores and Madeira) is €9.99
The price for shipments to the Air Islands (Azores and Madeira) is €16.99
EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping methods generally indicate the days they will take for delivery; these days should be added to the expected delivery date that appears below each item after adding it to the cart.
The price for shipments to the rest of Europe starts from €10.99, and you can check by simulating the purchase by entering the destination.
The base price for shipments to the rest of the world starts from €39.99. If you want a more personalized price or VAT exemption, please request a quote through geral@smartify.pt.
Orders outside the European Union:
We are only responsible for the order until it reaches the destination country. Often, orders are held up in the customs of the destination country. In this case, the customer is responsible for customs duties and entry into the country.
VAT PAYMENT
The SMARTIFY.PT has a physical structure and headquarters in Portugal under the name SMARTIFIER LDA, NIF 516255720, and all taxes are paid in Portugal. For purchases outside Portugal, the VAT applies according to the OSS VAT regime; the VAT amount to be paid is according to the customer's country.
In the case of companies in the European Union that wish to ship outside Portugal, they are entitled to VAT exemption according to Article 14 of the RITI. An automated field will appear for them to make a
validation and obtaining the VAT exemption in the cart, this mechanism may not appear for all eligible customers, and if you are eligible please contact us to create your order applying the exemption.
