Shipping policy

Orders available for immediate delivery are all shipped on the next business day. They are only processed for shipping after their payment is confirmed.

If you have chosen a manual payment method such as bank transfer or account deposit, even after sending the respective proof, the order will only be shipped after confirmation of receipt of the order value.

For orders outside the European Union, we consider the order as delivered after it arrives in the destination country. We are only responsible for the order until it reaches the destination country, and the buyer is responsible for the customs / duties part if applicable.

Note: Shipments are always sent when all items are available; you should consider the estimated delivery date of the item with the longest date. With the exception of Express Shipping in Portugal Continental, where we immediately send what is currently available and then send the rest when it arrives.

PORTUGAL CONTINENTAL AND PENINSULAR SPAIN

 Items that are "Available for Immediate Delivery" are shipped at the latest by the end of the next business day, except for unforeseen stockouts.

Items that are "Available by Order" are shipped after we receive them; by adding the product to the cart, you can view its estimated arrival date, accounting for our processing and shipping time.

Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days for delivery to the destination after processing and costs €2.99 in Portugal Continental and €4.99 in Peninsular Spain, and is free above €64.99.

Shipments via InPost lockers take 1-5 business days to be available at the collection point.

Express shipping takes about 1-2 business days for Portugal Continental and 1-3 business days for Peninsular Spain and has processing priority.

The price for shipping to the Islands by Sea (Azores and Madeira) is €9.99
The price for shipping to the Islands by Air (Azores and Madeira) is €16.99

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD

Shipping methods generally state the days they will take for delivery; these days should be added to the estimated delivery date that appears under each item after adding to the cart.

The price for shipping to the rest of Europe is from €10.99 and you can consult it by simulating the purchase and entering the destination.

The base price for shipping to the rest of the world starts at €39.99. If you want a more personalized value or VAT exemption, ask us for a quote via geral@smartify.pt. 

Orders outside the European Union:
We are only responsible for the order until it reaches the destination country. Often orders are held at the Customs of the destination country. In this case, the customer is responsible for the customs part and entry into the country. 

 

VAT PAYMENT

smartify.pt has a physical structure and headquarters in Portugal under the name SMARTIFIER LDA, NIF 516255720, and all taxes are paid in Portugal. For purchases outside Portugal, according to the VAT OSS regime, the VAT value to be paid is according to the customer's country.

In the case of companies in the European Union that want shipping outside Portugal, they are entitled to VAT exemption according to article 14 of the RITI. An automated field will appear for validation and to obtain the VAT exemption in the cart; this mechanism may not appear for all eligible customers, so if you are eligible, please contact us so we can create your order applying the exemption.
