The Shelly 2L Gen3 is a two-channel smart switch module, designed for home automation in installations no neutral required. With a compact design, it is ideal for flush-mounted installation in common wall boxes, being perfect for modernizing older homes without the need for wiring changes. Thanks to the inclusion of the Shelly Bypass 1L/2L, the device can be used with low-power LED loads, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
This model allows independent control of two lighting loads, with a maximum power of 200 W on channel O1 and 700 W on channel O2. WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity offers local and remote control, without the need for additional hubs. It is compatible with voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, as well as platforms like SmartThings, MQTT, Home Assistant, and Node-RED.
Developed with a focus on safety and integration with modern home automation systems, the Shelly 2L Gen3 includes an internal temperature sensor for overheating protection. It supports scenes, timers, and local automations. It is also compatible with the new Matter protocol (via firmware update), increasing its interoperability with other smart solutions.
