You already have your smart light switch and now you want to use it for the reason you bought it: to use it remotely through your mobile phone, wherever you are.
After you install it, you can start setting up your switch. Continue reading to learn how.
1. First, you need to have the SmartLife or Tuya app installed, both compatible with iOS and Android.
2. In the app you chose, click on "+" in the top right corner.
3. Click to add a new device and, in the side menu, in the first section (Electrical Engineering), scroll down and select Switch (Wi-fi).
4. Connect to a 2.4GHz wifi network.
5. Select the light state of your switch.
6. Wait for it to pair and rename your device.
Now you can use your smart light switch remotely. Through the app, you can turn it on and off, schedule times, add it to scenarios, and much more!
If you want to restore your smart light switch to its original state, all you need to do is press one of the physical buttons until the lights start to flash. After this, you can set it up again.
