It has a 360-degree swivel base and is designed to heat quickly and evenly where the Strix® controller maintains a consistent temperature.It can heat water, boil it, or keep it warm at any programmed temperature. It also comes with boil-dry protection that prevents it from overheating and causing damage, such as if you turn it on without water.
