The Shelly Qubino Wave i4 DC is a 4-channel digital controller with Z-Wave™ connectivity, allowing you to customize and enhance your home automation.
After installing it, you can integrate it into your Z-Wave network (a compatible gateway is required) and easily configure it from your smartphone or tablet. With a simple touch on a wall switch, you can activate or deactivate scenarios, synchronize devices or create automated sequences for greater comfort and control.
Thanks to its compact and retrofit design, it fits perfectly behind any wall switch, without the need for major modifications. Additionally, it can communicate directly with other Z-Wave devices on your network, even without a hub, although in that case it is limited to two actions per button.
The Z-Wave is a wireless communication protocol designed for home automation, ensuring stable, secure, and low energy consumption connections between smart devices. Operating on a dedicated frequency, it reduces interference with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks, offering greater range and reliability. Furthermore, it utilizes a mesh network, where devices communicate with each other to extend coverage and improve system efficiency.
