Monitoring and automations via Zigbee 3.0
The Sonoff SNZB-04PR1 detects the opening and closing of doors and windows through the proximity between the sensor and the magnet. It allows you to create scenes and receive notifications through a compatible Zigbee gateway, sold separately. It does not connect directly to WiFi.
Tamper protection allows for the detection of sensor manipulation. Notifications, history, and available automations depend on the gateway and platform used.
Usage example
Install the sensor on the entrance door to receive opening alerts and create an automation that turns on a compatible light. The sensor does not include a siren: audible alerts require other compatible equipment.
Installation
Fix the transmitter and the magnet with the adhesive, aligning the marks. With the door or window closed, maintain a distance of less than 20 mm between the components. Remove the insulating film from the battery and add the sensor to the gateway. To return to pairing mode, hold the button for 5 seconds. Intended for indoor use only.
