Tedee Dry Contact
Control your smart lock Tedee through wired electronic solutions. The Tedee Dry Contact module allows integration of the locks Tedee GO2, Tedee GO, and Tedee PRO with switches, alarms, existing wired systems, and local home automation platforms, including KNX.
About the size of a matchbox, this module can be connected to any compatible dry contact system. From the outputs of the controller, the Tedee Dry Contact enables locking and unlocking of Tedee locks via Bluetooth, without the need for the Tedee Bridge, internet connection, or API/SDK integration. Each unit can control only one Tedee smart lock.
The installation of the Tedee Dry Contact must be carried out by qualified professionals, ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards. The module must be permanently mounted, connected to the controller, and powered within the Bluetooth range of the smart lock. Before final installation, it is recommended to test the location by unlocking the lock with the Tedee application via Bluetooth.
Compatible with a power supply between 5–60 V DC, the device adapts to various power sources, from power banks to permanent electrical connections.
Warning: the Tedee Dry Contact should never be connected directly to electrical outlets or to 230 V/110 V sources.
The use of the Tedee Dry Contact replaces Tedee's digital authentication and cloud security systems with an alternative wired access method. Tedee does not assume responsibility for the physical security of the installation nor for protection against unauthorized access.
