How to install Smartify Wifi Shutter Switch:
Before starting to install the Smartify smart blind switch, it is important to check that the switch box has a neutral wire. If not, you will need to pull one from the junction box.
1. Open the switch panel glass using a screwdriver.
2. Connect the live wire (Live) to terminal L.
3. Connect the neutral wire (Neutral) to terminal N.
4. Connect the opening and closing motor wires to the top and bottom terminals, respectively.
5. Tighten the screw on the wall bracket.
6. Close the panel glass again.
Download and install the Smart Life or Tuya application:
1. Install the Smart Life or Tuya application, both compatible with iOS and Android.
2. Login to your account or create a new one if necessary.
3. Fill in what is requested and click on “Next” to receive a verification message on your mobile phone. You can now enter your password.
4. Click on “Confirm” to finalize your registration.
Configure the Smartify smart switch:
There are two modes to configure: “Slow Flash” and “Quick Flash”.
1. The first time you pair it, your switch automatically goes into “Quick flash” mode, flashing quickly 2 times per second.
2. To turn on the switch via “Quick Flash”, click a random button on the switch for 5 seconds until the wifi indicator light starts flashing.
3. Connect your phone to local wifi.
4. Activate the cell phone's Bluetooth.
5. In the application, click on the “+” icon to add a new device, and all devices that are in “standby” will appear automatically.
