Yes, to control it remotely you need the Nuki Bridge. If you don't have one, you can only control the Nuki 3.0 smart lock via Bluetooth. The Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro already comes with built-in WiFi, meaning that with this model, you can remotely control your smart lock without the need for a Bridge.
3. With the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro can I know if the door is open or closed?
No, to know the current status of your door, you need a Nuki door/window sensor.
4. Does the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro already have the Nuki Power Pack included?
Yes. This battery can last between 2 months to 2 years depending on usage. It sends you a notification when it reaches 20% battery and charges in approximately 1 hour.
5. To remotely control my Nuki accessories do I need a Bridge?
It depends. The Nuki Bridge is required to use remotely your Nuki Keypad, Nuki Keypad 2.0 and Nuki door/window sensor if you have the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0. If you have a Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro, to remotely control these devices via WiFi you do not need to purchase the Nuki Bridge.
If you do not have the Bridge and your smart lock is the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0, you can still control any of these devices via Bluetooth.
If you have a Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro, you can control it remotely via the internet, without the Bridge.
