1. Is the Nuki smart lock compatible with my door?
To install a Nuki smart lock you need to have a lock with a European cylinder. If yours is not, we recommend using an anti-panic cylinder , a product compatible with the Nuki smart lock.
2. To remotely control my Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 over the internet, do I need a Bridge ?
Yes, to remotely control you need the NukiBridge . If not, you can only control the smart lock Nuki 3.0 via Bluetooth. Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro already comes with built-in wifi, that is, with this model, you can remotely control your smart lock without the need for a Bridge .
3. With Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro can I know if the door is open or closed?
No, to know the current status of your door, you need a Nuki door/window sensor.
4. The Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro already have the Nuki Power Pack included?
Yes. This battery can last between 2 months to 2 years depending on usage. It sends you a notification when it reaches 20% battery and charges in approximately 1 hour.
5. Do I need a Bridge to remotely control my Nuki accessories ?
It depends. Nuki Bridge is required to remotely use your Nuki Keypad , Nuki Keypad 2.0 and Nuki Open/Close Sensor if you have Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 . If you have a Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro , to remotely control these devices via wifi , you don't need to buy Nuki Bridge .
If you don't have Bridge and your smart lock is the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 , you can still control any of these devices via Bluetooth .
If you have a Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro , you can control it remotely over the internet, without Bridge .
The only device you always need bridged to remotely control is the Nuki Opener . 
6. What is Nuki Opener used for?
Nuki Opener allows you to intelligently control your intercom so that you can open your building door through your smartphone. Nuki Bridge is required to use Nuki Opener .
