Mainland Portugal: Shipping to the mainland costs:
€2.99 for deliveries in 1 to 5 business days.
€2.99 for pickup at a point.
€4.99 for delivery in 24 business hours.
Free for purchases over €65.
If you are from Lisbon, you can always save on shipping and pick up your order at our physical store in Odivelas (Rua João de Santarém n1 loja A 2675-595 Odivelas). -
Portugal Islands via Maritime: If you are in the stunning islands of Portugal, shipping via maritime will cost €9.99.

Portugal Islands via Air: For faster shipping via air, the shipping cost is €16.99.

Spain: If you are in Spain, shipping will cost €4.99. If your order exceeds €65, shipping is free.

Rest of Europe: For other European destinations, the shipping cost starts from €10.99 (depending on weight).

Rest of the World: If you are elsewhere in the world, the shipping cost starts from €39.99, depending on the location.

Invoice Receipt
When your order is being processed, you will receive the invoice for your purchase in your email. Additionally, all orders are accompanied by a printed invoice for your records.
If you need a second copy of the invoice, you can request it via email at geral@smartify.pt, providing your order number.
Delivery Time
We are aware that, when shopping online, delivery speed is important. Here is an estimate of how long it will take to receive your order:

Continental Portugal: Delivery to the mainland usually takes about 24 business hours. Yes, it’s fast!

Spain: For deliveries in Spain, we anticipate a timeframe of 48 business hours.

Portugal Islands: If you are in the islands, delivery may vary, usually between 6 to 12 business days.
