Orders and Shipping: Everything you need to know

Smartify has a large presence in online sales of smart devices in Portugal.

And it's not by chance. Shopping online is incredibly convenient. However, questions often arise about shipping costs, when you will receive the invoice, and how long it will take to receive your order.

We are here to clarify all these questions and ensure that your shopping experience with us is as simple and pleasant as possible.

Shipping Costs

• Mainland Portugal: Shipping to the mainland has a cost of:
  2,99€ for deliveries in 1 to 5 business days.
  2,99€ to receive at a pick-up point.
  4,99€ to receive in 24 business hours
  Free for purchases over 65€
  If you are from Lisbon, you can always save on shipping and pick up your order at our physical store in Odivelas (Rua João de Santarém n1 loja A 2675-595 Odivelas).

• Portuguese Islands via Sea: If you are in the stunning islands of Portugal, shipping by sea will have a cost of 9.99€.

• Portuguese Islands via Air: For faster shipping, by air, the shipping cost is 16.99€.

• Spain: If you are in Spain, shipping will have a cost of 4.99€. If your order exceeds 65€, shipping is Free.

• Rest of Europe: For other European destinations, the shipping cost starts from 10,99€ (depending on weight).

• Rest of the World: If you are elsewhere in the world, the shipping cost starts from 39.99€, depending on the location.

Receiving the Invoice

When your order is being processed, you will receive the invoice for your purchase in your email. Additionally, all orders are accompanied by a printed invoice for your records.

If you need a second copy of the invoice, you can request it via email at geral@smartify.pt, providing your order number.

Delivery Time

We are aware that when shopping online, delivery speed is important. Here is an estimate of how long it will take to receive your order:

• Mainland Portugal: Delivery to the mainland usually takes about 24 business hours. Yes, it's fast!

• Spain: For deliveries in Spain, we estimate a period of 48 business hours.

• Portuguese Islands: If you are in the islands, delivery may vary, generally between 6 to 12 business days.
